The post is full time 37 hours; 15 hours are permanent, with 22 hours temporary until 31 March 2027, after which it is proposed you will revert to 15 hours.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
We are a busy, supportive, friendly and enthusiastic team, who provide customer focused, high quality advice and support across a wide range of HR activities within corporate services. You will enjoy flexible hybrid working between your home and our office based in Green Lane, Spennymoor.
You will be customer focused with the ability to deliver HR advice and support in a timely and consistent manner.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
You should have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent in a related subject with experience of providing HR advice across a range of HR activities, with particular emphasis on attendance management and supporting managers with formal investigations. You should be confident, motivated and self-disciplined with excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
