We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and experienced systems support technician to join our busy ICT team at Mansfield District Council.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in providing support to end users and undertaking a wide range of duties including the investigation and resolution of technical hardware and software issues, configuration and deployment of desktop hardware and peripherals along with developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and asset registers.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills via telephone, email and face-to-face contact whilst handling a wide range of enquiries in a helpful and professional manner.
The role is based at our main Civic Centre building and requires working a minimum of 3 days a week on site between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm with flexible lunch hours. Full time on site will be required during the training period and in line with the needs of the service.
