The Insurance Claims Handler is a key role in our team, reporting to the Insurance & Claims Manager and assisting in delivering a high-quality insurance and claims handling service for the City of Doncaster Council.  

The team handle employers’ liability, public liability, and motor claims made against the council.  You will join a team of skilled claims handlers working hard to ensure claims are valid and settlements made are fair and equitable.

The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a caseload of liability and motor claims, ability to assess liability and quantum through robust investigations, and have excellent communication skills to effectively provide claims outcomes to claimants and legal representatives.
