Lead Officer - Housing ICT (CX Asset Management) - Epping Forest District Council

Remote Worker

£500-£650 per day Umbrella, dependant on experience

Part-Time, 2 days per week

4 Month Contract

Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Epping Forest District Council in recruiting a Lead Officer on a 4-month contract.

This role offers fully remote working with occasional on-site presence dependant on the business needs.

The primary priority focus area is CX ASSET MANAGEMENT, with the following elements being essential in any candidate:

  • Asset management, to include:
    • datasheets, (SAVA) energy performance certificates, stock condition and mobile (asset management in use, housing not yet in use but needed)
    • Planned and completed work
    • Planned Maintenance
    • Equipment
    • An understanding of Decent Homes is required
    • Forecasting and compliance would be useful additions
  • Reporting - to include SSRS (strong SQL skills - intermediate / advanced). Power BI
  • Integrations and interfaces - Key elements would be an understanding of the Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure (Storage Explorer) and SharePoint EDM.

Also, must have some understanding of the following:

  • Contracts
  • Contractors
