Position Overview:

  • Are you passionate about making a difference for children and improving their outcomes?
  • Do you have experience in the development, roll out and support of case management systems?
  • Have you got experience of supporting and motivating others to maximise the use of technology?

If yes, then you can make a real difference in Royal Greenwich

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join a service dedicated to providing management information systems support to Children’s Services, schools and commissioned services in Royal Greenwich.

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated person to join the team that support our Social Care, youth Justice and Early Help services. You will be well organised, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have experience of using and supporting case management systems; ideally you will have worked within a local authority support team or similar environment supporting case management systems.

This role is part of a larger service that supports all management information systems within Children’s Services, including schools, education and inclusion services, social care, youth justice and early help.  Being part of a larger service offers opportunities for support and development, along with exposure to other widely used local authority systems.

Please view the attached Person Specification for the key requirements for this role and address these when completing your application.
