We are looking for a dedicated Night Support Assistant to join our 16+ Accommodation Service, ensuring that children and young people receive the oversight and support they need throughout their stay.
About the Role
We are recruiting for Night Support Assistants to join our team and support our accommodation for children in care and care leavers. As part of our Ofsted-registered accommodation service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring young people feel safe, supported, and empowered during their stay.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties and acting as the first point of contact for young people in our care, including those experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
