This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Organisational Development Business Partner to join our HR team.
The Role:
Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will act as a partner to the Council, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and senior managers with responsibility for leading the collaborative formation of organisational development strategies and activities that align with and support the council’s corporate vision and objectives as well as those of individual directorates and services. To drive and facilitate the delivery of identified organisational development activities through a variety of resources.
To ensure that funding available to support learning and development activities if used appropriately and effectively to meet priorities and requirements through oversight of the identification of training needs and commissioning decisions.
