The Pause Practice Coordinator provides essential administrative and organisational support to a fast‑paced assertive outreach team.
The role ensures the smooth running of the Pause Practice by managing day‑to‑day operations, acting as a key link between partner agencies and the service, and serving as a first point of contact for women involved in the programme without carrying out casework.
As part of a small, flexible, and collaborative team, the Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and continuity, especially when practitioners are frequently working out in the community.
