Help shape the standards that support excellent outcomes for children and families.
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Policy and Procedures Officer to play a key role in ensuring our children’s services operate in line with legislation, best practice, and organisational priorities.
In this influential role, you’ll lead the development, review and communication of policies and procedures that enable consistent, high-quality practice across the service. From researching legislative changes and coordinating governance processes to providing expert advice and creating engaging learning resources, you’ll help ensure our workforce has the guidance and tools needed to deliver excellent support.
Working closely with practitioners, managers and partners, you’ll transform complex information into clear, accessible policies and training materials that promote understanding, compliance and continuous improvement.
If you have a passion for policy, an eye for detail, and a commitment to improving practice in children’s services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
