The Governors are seeking to appoint  highly motivated, committed and experienced Premises Manager.
 
We are looking for someone who has experience in
Site and grounds maintenance
Health and Safety
COSHH
Security of premises and contents
Ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and safe to drive, carrying out relevant safety checks.
Deal with contractors
Support sustainability within school
Line management
Understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
Has excellent communication skills both oral and written
Other duties commensurate with role 

The Premises Manager will be responsible for organising and managing the school site, taking the lead on the following areas within Durham Trinity School and Sports College; 
Supervision of Assistant Caretaker, Cleaning Team including Housekeeper and School Bus Drivers

Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance 

Health and Safety 

Security of premises 

Repairs and Maintenance 

School vehicles fleet
