We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Digital Programme & Communities Team as a Project Support Officer.
The role will provide dedicated support to ensure the effective delivery of Durham County Council’s emerging digital programme of work. You will contribute to ensuring projects are well-governed, well-documented and aligned with organisational priorities.
You will support the development, coordination, monitoring and reporting of initiatives, ensuring high standards of project support. The role will also support the design and maintenance of systems, documentation and processes required to underpin the developing work programme.
The post will provide dedicated support to the Digital Programme Management Office, and digital projects evolving as a result of service developments and the Council’s Transformation programme. This is a great opportunity to support the governance processes that underpin this work programme, providing project co-ordination, and helping maintain clear reporting, engagement and communication across a range of stakeholders. This post is fixed-term for 18 months.
