Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We have an exciting opportunity for two enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced individuals to join our team as Registered Manager.

In this rewarding role, you will have full responsibility for service outcomes, guiding your team through CQC inspections and independent reviews while maintaining high-quality standards.

As Registered Manager you will oversee the day to day running of the Service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC and health and safety. You will manage, motivate, and support our dedicated team, supporting their training and development, providing a culture of support and wellbeing, while leading by example

Who we are looking for…

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in managing registered services for adults. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of CQC and other regulatory standards, along with a deep understanding of service user rights, and current best practices in adult social care. You will be a confident leader, capable of motivating and developing your team, managing budgets effectively, and driving high performance through strong communication and quality assurance systems.
