An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Hoy Branch of Orcades Practice. The Practice Administrator plays a key role, undertaking duties which include using the clinical system for patient administration, taking calls and providing a welcoming environment.

The Practice Administrator will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks with minimum supervision while ensuring workload is processed efficiently and effectively. This post involves dealing with sensitive information therefore confidentiality is a key element of this role.

Applications are sought from individuals who are qualified to SVQ II/ HNC Level in Administration or equivalent administrative experience. You must have the ability to work independently, flexibly and have excellent communication skills.
