In this role, you will take a lead responsibility for DFG‑related assessments and major adaptation work, ensuring residents receive high‑quality, timely and person‑centred recommendations to support independence and safety at home. Alongside DFG work, you will manage a mixed caseload of short- and long‑term interventions.

  • Deliver skilled, strength‑based Occupational Therapy interventions to adults with diverse needs.
  • Work in partnership with surveyors, housing teams, contractors, health professionals and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
  • Keep an up‑to‑date CPD portfolio and engage in relevant training and learning activities.

 What we are looking for:

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist (BSc/MSc) with current HCPC registration.
