Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is embarking on an ambitious programme to maximise the value of its property portfolio, support regeneration, and ensure our assets deliver the best possible outcomes for residents, businesses and communities.
We are seeking three exceptional property professionals to join our senior leadership team within Property Services. These newly advertised Service Manager roles offer a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, lead high-performing teams and play a pivotal role in shaping the future management of the Council's diverse property estate.
Whether your expertise lies in strategic asset planning and valuation, property transactions, or estate management, these roles provide a platform to make a significant impact across the borough.
About You
We are looking for experienced and forward-thinking leaders who can demonstrate:
Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS) or an equivalent professional body is essential.
