We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join the Wakefield Museums & Castles team.
As Visitor Experience Assistant you will provide a high quality and engaging visitor experience working creatively to tell our stories, encouraging visitors to return again.
The varied role includes greeting visitors and answering queries. You will be required to contribute to the creation of self-led activities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
This is a permanent contract working at Wakefield Museum and Pontefract Museum. Contract hours across the two sites is 25.75 hours per week. It is a set rota which will include weekend working.
