From delivering the 2,170-home Cambridge Road Estate regeneration with Vistry, to transforming Kingston Town Centre, advancing the Local Plan to examination, and reimagining three miles of Thames riverside, this role combines major regeneration with strategic planning leadership.

You will lead Development Management, Strategic Planning, Building Control and Enforcement, alongside Placemaking, Economic Development, Business
Engagement, and Employment and Skills. The role demands both technical planning credibility and a creative approach to place-making, with a strong focus on inclusive growth and pathways into employment for care leavers, young people with SEND, and other underrepresented groups.
